A point mutation in GPCR-protease activated receptor-2 (F2RL1) renders PAR2 insensitive to FXa/Matriptase-dependent activation. We characterized the of impact of the PAR-2 G37I mutation on immune cell populations and gene expression in the gut. Overall design: Wild type C57BL/6N mice versus PAR2-G37I mutant male mice; Aged 10 to 12 weeks fed with standard chow diet.
