Differential gene expression analysis of l/vlPAG vgat neurons in hungry and sated mice

This dataset contains differential gene expression results from bulk RNA sequencing of GABAergic neurons isolated from the lateral/ventrolateral periaqueductal gray of mice under hungry and sated conditions (n=3 per group). Differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2. The file includes GeneID, base mean expression, log2 fold change (hungry vs. sated), standard error, Wald statistic, raw p-values, and adjusted p-values. These data support the manuscript “Periaqueductal gray GABAergic neurons dynamically promote consumption according to food value.”
