资源简介:
Objective:This study aimed to explore the structural relation of psychological resilience with depression among undergraduate students and evaluate the mediating role of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation and psychological flexibility in this relationship.Method: Participants were 947 students that voluntarily completed a questionnaire package that included the Resiliency Scale of University Students, the Chinese Short Version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ-S), the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition (AAQ-Ⅱ), the Chinese version of the Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ), and the Chinese Versions of DASS-21(DASS-21).Subsequently, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling via SPSS software to examine the relationships among variables. Results: (1)The results showed that psychological resilience, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation and psychological flexibility was negatively correlated with depression among undergraduate students. (2)Moreover, psychological resilience can indirectly affect depression among undergraduate students through the single mediating effects of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation and psychological flexibility and the chain mediating effects of both.
