Corrected scATAC-seq data for GEO Accession GSM4949911. The original version had an error that caused fragments.tsv.gz to be missing a unique barcode for each cell. This is corrected in this version. Because the UUID-based barcode generation was re-run, the corresponding metadata and matrix files were also updated.
We are working with GEO to get these updated files in place on GEO as the official version of record.
