Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) - 2023

The 2023 Multi-Sector Needs Assessment in Lithuania presents findings from an interagency assessment conducted from September to October 2023 with Ukrainian refugees in Lithuania. The assessment aimed to understand the profiles and priority needs of 548 refugee households to inform the 2024 Regional Refugee Response Plan. Using convenience sampling, the assessment surveyed refugee households through in-person interviews by the Lithuanian Red Cross and IOM Lithuania. Key topics included health and nutrition, protection, education, livelihoods and social cohesion, and mental health and psychosocial support. As a key source to guide the refugee response, the 2023 assessment provides insights into the experiences and urgent needs of Ukrainian refugees who have fled to Lithuania.
