The objective of this experiment was to determine the DNA binding sites of transcription factor NFKB1 in mouse BCC cells upon Il1a and Osm ligand treatment at 48h timepoint versus PBS control There were two experimental conditions in this CUT&RUN experiment: (1) PBS control and (2) ligand-treated mouse BCC cells. All samples were performed in biological replicates. An input control was used for normalization.
