Skills2Capabilities Data from WP4 Interviews in Bulgaria

This dataset includes summaries of semi-structured interviews, which were conducted in Bulgaria as part of Task 4.5 within Work Package 4 (Challenges and Changes in the Demand for VET Skills) of the Skills2Capabilities project under the Horizon Europe programme, which analyses skills demand in the field of vocational education and training in the context of changes in the European labour market. More specifically, the interviews were conducted with stakeholders regarding skills demand in vocational education and training and the interaction between technological, environmental, and demographic changes affecting the Pernik region of Bulgaria.
