Separation of proteome of Kuenenia stuttgartiensis strain CSTR1 using ultracentrifugation

We analyzed proteome of the anammox bacterium Kuenenia stuttgartiensis strain CSTR1 after separation by ultracentrifugation. Samples of the original cell extracts, membrane fraction, intermediate fraction (the liquid fraction that was directly above the membrane pellet), and cytosolic fraction were processed and analyzed.
