In this study we assessed the influence of the feeding on the microbial community in anaerobic digesters. Three substrates (F-fish waste, G-green waste and S-wastewater sludge) were mixed in different proportions and introduced in batch anaerobic digesters. RNA from samples taken at different dates in the different digesters was extracted and cDNA was sequenced (16S metabarcoding).
