Acanthopagrus latus isolate:XLZ-2019 Genome sequencing and assembly

This project provides the genome assembly of an individual of the Acanthopagrus latus, common name yellowfin seabream. We applied Illumina, long-read (PacBio SMRT) sequencing and Hi-C sequencing technologies to construct a high quality reference genome for this fish. We believe that this high-quality reference genome of A. latus will provide a valuable resource for future studies to this species in particular, and to Sparidae in general.
