Sclerotia Microbiome

The data contains the PacBio full-length 16S rRNA sequencing results for the sclerotia microbiome of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The sclerotia are buried in two different treatments (soil with flooding and autoclaved soil with flooding) in order to contrast the microbial effects (bacterial microbiome) in sclerotia mortality. The sclerotia were collected for sequencing at 7 timepoints (1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, 14-, 21-, and 28-day), and each factorial combination (treatment x timepoints) have 5 biological replicates. Due to the DNA qualities of 5 samples were not passed for entering PacBio sequencing, there are a total of 65 samples compressed in this file (2 treatments x 7 timepoints x 5 replicates = 70, subtracting 5 failed samples >> 65 samples).
