Absence of hybridization with the wild-type and mutant rpoB probes in the Genotype MTBDRplus assay detects ‘disputed’ Rifampicin mutations.. Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain:S1 | breed:parkaryotic

Here present are sequenced data from a segment of the rpoB gene containing the Rifampicin-resistance determiniation region from 16 Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates. The objective of the study was to determine what mutation types are present within the rpoB genes (codons 507 - 534) of these isolates.
