Identification of viruses in five major rivers in Korea by high-throughput sequencing

This study is conducted to identify viruses in five major rivers in Korea. Plant viruses can be also transmitted by rivers. identification of putative virus transmission pathway is the way to protect plant from diseases and to keep the bio security.
