Extra-intestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli Raw sequence reads

This study examined exposures associated with UTI caused by five major ExPEC lineages (ST69, ST73, ST95, ST127, ST131). In order to address this study aim, a multi-site epidemiologic study of women with community-acquired UTI were enrolled from university health clinics at St. Mary's University, McGill University, University of Toronto, University of Guelph, and The University of British Columbia between 2012 and 2015. Women with a suspected UTI provided a urine specimen, and completed a questionnaire. Nucleic acid extracted from each isolate was used to construct sequencing libraries using the TruSeq DNA PCR Free Library Construction Protocol, and either sequenced on Illumina HiSeq X, or 2500 platform.
