We construct a novel multimodal UAV road extraction dataset, termed GeoRoad-UAV Dataset, for complex peri-urban Digital Earth mapping tasks. This dataset provides paired high-resolution RGB imagery and DSM geometric priors, together with pixel-level road segmentation masks and centerline annotations, to support structure-preserving, lightweight UAV road mapping.
