On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, 194 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager of Kharkiv City Council.依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长第194号《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定〉的命令》，已组织信息管理者在哈尔科夫开放数据门户网站发布其所负责的开放数据集，上述数据集将自动同步至哈尔科夫市议会管理者办公室所属的统一国家开放数据门户网站。
