Spatial heterogeneity and drivers of nitrogen and phosphorus in water and sediments of subtropical monsoon river basin

This dataset supports the analysis of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) concentrations in river water and sediments across the Minjiang River Basin.The repository contains both raw datasets and processed datasets used for statistical analyses. The raw datasets include variables derived from field measurements, laboratory analyses, and publicly available databases.The processed datasets were used for SEM and SHAP analyses. Prior to analysis, missing values were imputed using predictive mean matching (PMM), and numeric variables were standardized using z-score normalization.
