Floating photovoltaics power output for global lakes

This dataset describes the floating photovoltaics power output potential for about 1 million water bodies worldwide. Relevant lake information can be found in "Table S1 lake info.csv" and the monthly power output (averaged in the period from 1991 to 2020) can be found in "FPV power output monthly.csv".
