Most funds collected through crowdfunding in the economic sector of France in 2023 were for real estate. That industry made up 69 percent of the loan-based crowdfunding and 17 percent of investment-based crowdfunding. Lending was by far the largest segment of the crowdfunding landscape collected that year.
