Three-spined stickleback (3s) and Nine-spined stickleback (9s) Gut microbiota

This study investigates the gut bacterial communities of three-spined stickleback (3s) and nine-spined stickleback (9s). We explored whether each species harbours habitat-specific and site-specific microbiota to understand the microbiota-mediated responses to the environment in sticklebacks.
