Genotypic and phenotypic data of doubled haploid inducers

This data set (phenotypic and genotypic data) can be used in plant breeding and genetics. The phenotypic data represent the best linear unbiased estimate (BLUE) value of the traits of the DH inducers, their parents, and other inducer lines, which are days to flowering (DTF - days), haploid induction rate (HIR), Plant height (PHT - cm), primary branch length (PBL - cm). The genotypic data are genome-wide SNP markers of the inducers identified by the Diversity Arrays Technology sequencing (DArT-seq) method.
