Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling using the Illumina EPIC 850k DNA methylation BeadChip array on 8 pools of human genomic DNA from whole blood for 190 individuals age matched at 4 time points; ~4, ~28, ~63, & ~78 years. Overall design: 8 pools of DNA: Pools 3-8 are comprised of DNA from 25 individuals each, all female; pools 1 and 2 have only 20 individuals each, with pool 1 being male and pool 2 female.
