Currently, validated tools to assess and enhance patient empowerment within the Slovenian healthcare system are lacking, impeding the customisation of treatment plans. This study aimed to address this gap by examining the psychometric properties of the Slovenian versions of DES-LF (S-DES-LF) and S-DES-SF in adults with T2D.
