Locations of Puya raimondii rosettes in the Cordillera Blanca, Peru

GeoPackage (GPKG) files containing locations of individual rosettes of Puya raimondii Harms from four populations in the Cordillera Blanca, Peru: Pumapampa (N=12,693), Pachapaqui (N = 24,736), Queshque (N = 7,282) and Putaca Chica (N = 8). These data were used to produce projections of future habitat availability for this endangered tropical high-altitude plant, taking account of topography, seed dispersal and potential climate change scenarios. The data were created by visually inspecting high-resolution satellite imagery and locating individual rosettes from their distinctive shapes.
