Processed Data for: Shape Space Explorer: Analysis of morphological transitions in migrating cells using similarity-based shape space mapping

Both experiment 1 and 3 zip files contain MATLAB Data files: Bigcellarrayandindex.mat BigCellDataStruct.mat CellShapeData.mat CellShapeData_med.mat CellShapeData_slim.mat Morphframe.mat Bigcellarrayandindex.mat and BigCellDataStruct.mat contain the cell contours resulting from semi-automated image segmentation. CellShapeData.mat contains the results of the shape manifold embedding. CellShapeData_med.mat and CellShapeData_slim.mat contain subsets of the CellShapeData.mat to improve data load times for subsequent anaysis. Morphframe.mat contains the region properties of the cell contours. Experiment 3 contains the results from untreated RPE cells. Experiment 1 contains results from siKif1C RPE cells (stacks 1-45) and siControl RPE cells (stacks 46-88).
