In order to examine the role of a-DR3 on group 3 innate lymphoid cells, we treated Rag1-/-Rorcgfp/+ mice with a-DR3 (4C12) and examine the gene expression in ILC3s with RNA-seq analysis. Littermate groups of Rag1-/-Rorcgfp/+ mice were treated with PBS or 1μg of α-DR3 (4C12). ILC3 (Lin-GFP+) cells from large intestinal LPLs were purified by flow cytometry on day 3.
