It has been showed circPVT1 differentially expressed in proliferating(early-passage) and senescent (late-passage) human diploid WI-38 , elevated in dividing cells and reduced in senescent cells. CircPVT1 has been showed to work through sponging let-7 to enable a proliferative phenotype. But our finding verified circPVT1 could translate peptide and the peptide have the function of delaying aging.
