Conclusion:
At the 48h time point (where the drug effect was more prominent) iRBCs harboring multiple parasites were the most affected subpopulation by ALLN, even when the drug was used at low concentration (12-50 µM). QC of the instrument was performed using the CS&T beads for Diva8 manufactured by BD. Experiment QC: Single stained controls, unstained cells and replicates in treated and control samples.
