Negative controls were healthy volunteers blood (N°1–3) or glioma with no EGFR amplification as validated by a standard FISH technic (N°4–6). Positive control was glioblastoma harboring EGFR amplification as validated by a standard FISH technic (N°7). *Cases N°17 and 18 were chosen to illustrate MLPA results on figure 4. Lack of amplification was concluded for 2>Ratio3 (bold values). 20.5 were considered as not interpretable (underlined values).
