High Resolution images of DNA Origami

High Resolution DNA Origami Nanostructures - Liquid/solid Interface:Method:All AFM images were obtained in amplitude modulation (tapping) mode on a Cypher VRS microscope (Asylum Research). BL-AC40 (r = < 10 nm, f0 = 110 kHz, k = 0.1 N/m). In liquid, the cantilevers were excited photothermally (blue-Drive, Asylum Research) to reduce noise otherwise accompanied by regular piezoacoustic excitation. Measurements at the liquid−solid interface were carried out by drop-casting a droplet (30 μL) from the diluted DNA origami solution onto the mica and HOPG substrates. All image processing and data analysis was performed with Scanning Probe Imaging Processor 6.3.5 (SPIP) software from Image Metrology ApS
