Data from: Benthic nutrient fluxes in deep-sea sediments within the Laurentian Channel MPA (eastern Canada): The relative roles of macrofauna, environment and sea pen octocorals

This repository contains data on benthic nutrient fluxes (nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, silicate), macrofaunal communities, and environmental variables measured at 6 stations within the Laurentian Channel MPA in September 2017. We characterized spatial patterns of benthic nutrient fluxes, role of sea pen fields and sea pen specimens, as well as environmental and biological drivers of multivariate flux variation.
