资源简介:
Tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] O. Kuntze) have been widely grown in Guizhou Province, China, and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. D. bellidis is a phytopathogen that causes tea leaf spot, and decreases the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by D. bellidis was firstly found in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province, China. A lesion was formed 48h post inoculation on each leaf inoculated with D. bellidis strain CGMCC3.20149 (namely strain GZYQYQX2B). Total RNA was extracted from tea leaves using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, U.S.A.), following the manufacturer's procedure. A cDNA library was prepared using TruSeq stranded mRNA Sample Preparation kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, U.S.A.), and sequenced on an illumina Novaseq 6000 platform by Lc-Bio Technologies Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou, China), following the manufacturers recommended protocol.
