Data and Code for "Effects of rock glacier dynamics on surface morphology and deformation"

Directory contents:
code: Contains all code used for the analysis and figure generation in this paper. This directory includes all of the raw data necessary to run the code.
gpr: Contains the products from the GPR surveys used to make the conclusions presented in this paper. These products include the GPR data used to generate the associated radar cross-sections shown in the manuscript along with files containing the interpreted debris thickness and basal topography shown in the paper.
raster: Contains all georeferenced raster products presented in the paper, including the three strain maps, the shaded relief map, the magnitudes of the surface velocity, and the gridded bed topography products.

shape: Contains all georeferenced vector products used in this paper, including the locations of the different types of ridges, crevasses, ice exposures, melt streams, and the locations of the velocity profiles used for the rheology analysis.
