IFLA Handbook

The Handbook is designed to complement IFLA’s Statutes and Rules of Procedure by providing explanation of their contents in terms of practical procedures, providing further explanation where stipulated in the Statutes and Rules, and offering good practices and advice for office holders. It is aimed at all those volunteering in an official capacity in IFLA’s work. Produced by the Governing Board, it is intended to be revised or updated as necessary to reflect the evolving nature of the organisation.
