Data and R code for study "Corticosterone unlikely indicates departure readiness in migratory European robins"

File CORT_departure_cues_ER.r is an R script for the analysis of the effects of the following factors: 1) bird body mass, 2) time within the migration season, 3) time within the day, and 4) wind conditions on corticosterone levels in European robins during spring and autumn migrations.
File Erit_rube.txt is a data sheet containing data on corticosterone levels in European robins captured on the Courish Spit that is used in the R script (detailed description is provided in the R script).
