Safety Relevance Scoring (SRS) Validation Corpus — 250 CVE Instances Across Safety-Critical Deployment Domains

This dataset provides 250 CVE instances drawn from the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), annotated with EPSS exploitation probability scores (FIRST), CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog membership, deployment domain context, and computed Safety Relevance Scores (SRS). The corpus was constructed to validate the SRS five-signal composite scoring formula against CVSS-only prioritization in safety-critical and regulated software environments. Multiple deployment-context variants are included for high-profile CVEs (e.g., Log4Shell appearing as Log4Shell-in-medical, Log4Shell-in-ICS, Log4Shell-in-supply-chain) to test domain-weight sensitivity.
