16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of bacterial communities associated with a population of An. gambiae s.s from Kitabisi, western Kenya showing varying levels of permethrin resistance

Here, we provide sequencing metadata, along with data analysis code for samples of 2-3d non-blood-fed, adult, female, F1 progeny of Anopheles gambiae s.s. derived from Bungoma County (April-May 2018). These were tested for permethrin resistance and subsequently processed using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
