Reproducibility package for "Claim-Specific Admissibility of PCA Biplot Interpretations: Target Alignment, Spectral Identifiability, and Projection Adequacy"

This record contains the reproducibility package for the manuscript “Claim-Specific Admissibility of PCA Biplot Interpretations: Target Alignment, Spectral Identifiability, and Projection Adequacy”. The package includes the final main manuscript, supplementary materials, LaTeX sources, figure files, reproducibility scripts, numerical outputs, audit reports, metadata, and documentation required to reproduce the population scenarios, biplot diagnostics, projection diagnostics, and empirical application described in the manuscript and supplementary materials. Additional convenience ZIP files were added after publication: one collecting all LaTeX source files in a single folder and one collecting all R and Python scripts. No scientific content, numerical result, manuscript text, or DOI-relevant interpretation was changed.
