RNA-seq analysis to identify the gene encoding 17 alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase involved in epitestosterone formation by Clostridium scindens. The gene encoding 17 alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase by addition of 11OHAD. DMSO was used as the vehicle control (n=4). The significantly upregulated genes are the possible candidates for 17 alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase.
