ISO-Seq libraries of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis

So far, there is no genomic information in the genus of Paris. In this project, we constructed 4 ISO-Seq libraries for 1 sample and sequenced 12 cells in total with Pacific Biosience RS II platform of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis, which allows us to get high quality full-length transcripts directly. And we can also get the translation product of the full-length transcriptome of the Paris. This research provides information that encompass a reference data set for future research, including gene discovery, molecular marker development, and metabolic reprogramming of Paris species.
