The purpose of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Uncrewed Systems Strategy is to dramatically expand the collection and utilization of critical, high accuracy, and time-sensitive data by increasing the application and use of uncrewed aircraft and marine systems (together, “uncrewed systems” or “UxS”) in every NOAA mission area to improve the quality and timeliness of NOAA science, products, and services.
