Whole_genome_sequencing_of_individual_schistosome_miracidia__collected_as_part_of_the_FibroScHOT

FibroScHOT is a study looking at the impact of increased praziquantel frequency on childhood fibrosis in persistent schistosomiasis morbidity hotspots. Parasites have been collected from children before and after treatment with praziquantel. In this project, variants will be identified by whole genome sequence from a subset of samples to better understand the underlying population genetic structure.
