Acidovorax citrulli Raw sequence reads

Acidovorax citrulli is an important phytopathogenic bacterium mainly infecting watermelons and melons, causing serious economic losses. We previously demonstrated hrpG to be the core regulation gene of the type III secretion system (T3SS) in A. citrulli strain Aac5, evidenced by virulence loss in host watermelons upon hrpG knockout. However, what is regulated by hrpG in A. citrulli is unclear. We performed transcriptomic analysis of wild-type Aac5 and ?hrpG strains under T3SS-inducing conditions.
