N2O production and denitrificaion rate in the Plastisphere and bulk water

The data presented here represent the raw data of some indicators from plastisphere and bulk water. The data include C-D ratios, lipids/fatty acids intensities, EPS, c-di-GMP, N2O production, denitrification rate, percentage, isotope ratios, microbial communities. The plastisphere includes four types of plastics, PE, PP, PS and PVC.
