资源简介:
Multi-epoch tick species distribution model of Arkansas The multi-epoch tick species distribution model of Arkansas data set contains high-resolution tick species distribution models and Boolean-based suitability environmental niche models at 250-m spatial resolution. These models were created with the intention of displaying the spatiotemporal variation in tick habitat suitability, illuminating ecological niche shift in Arkansas from 2009–2024. Model outputs are displayed in two epochs (2009–2014 and 2019–2024), across the peak species sampling and disease reporting months of June and July.
