Additional file 8: of Transcriptomic responses of the basidiomycete yeast Sporobolomyces sp. to the mycotoxin patulin

Combined table of cuffdiff, Blast2GO and BLASTx outputs for downregulated Sporobolomyces sp. DEGs (FDR < 0.05) detected in the presence of 5 μg/ml of PAT. DEGs are grouped based on GO term classification and within the groups sorted for log2 FC values (from the lowest to the highest). BLASTx results with existing Sporobolomyces sp. genome annotation were useful to identify new genes detected in the present study, while BLASTx against SGD was necessary to identify Sporobolomyces sp. orthologs in S. cerevisiae and accordingly assign gene names; low homology (i.e. E-values positive or higher than 1E-3) was reported as NA indicating that no S. cerevisiae orthologs of Sporobolomyces sp.
