Paneth cell trancriptome: effect of DEX on TNF induced inflammatory response

We aimed to investiagte the protective anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoids (dexamethsone, DEX) on paneth cells from mice treated with TNF. TNF treatment causes leaky gut syndrome and paneth cell disfunction.
