资源简介:
Data were collected from healthcare workers across hospital departments, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and medical technicians. In total, 1,368 questionnaires were distributed and 1,285 were returned (response rate = 93.93%). Participants’ demographic and work-related characteristics—including age, tenure, gender, education, occupation type, professional title, hearing status, and family care responsibilities—were recorded. Noise Sensitivity and Noise Annoyance captured individual traits and environmental appraisal, while Noise Stress served as the core mediator linking NA and NSen to health outcomes. Non-auditory health effects included sleep disturbances, voice fatigue, anxiety and depression symptoms, and body aches and gastrointestinal disorders. Occupational burnout was assessed via MBI-GS scales. Categorical variables were numerically coded, and Likert-type scales were used for subjective measures. Descriptive statistics indicated that the data were suitable for multi-group structural equation modeling (SEM).
