From Ground to Canopy: A Molecularly Verified Herpetofaunal Inventory of a Madagascar Protected Area Excel workbook contains site data (GPS coordinates), and herpetofauna data.Herpetofauna data includes: individual code (which can be searched within the photo folder), the tree code where it was observed (see site GPS data), date of observation, trait data (mass (g), svl (mm), stl (mm), mouth width (mm), toe disc width (mm), tibia length (mm)), animal vertical height (m), perch location, distance from survey centroid (m), and whether the individual was swabbed. Photos folder includes photos labelled with the individual code from the excel herp sheet.
