Nowadays the application of silver nanoparticles is increasing, which accelerates their release and discharge into the soil environment. Soil rhizosphere bacteria play important roles in connecting soil microbes and plants. Therefore it's of great importance to explore the impacts of silver nanoparticles in soil-plant system. In this study, we investigated the interactions of soil rizosphere bacterial community and plants growth (lettus as model plant) in terms of silver nanoparticles exposure.
